ENGINEERED IN UKRAINE
CRAFTRUDER develops industrial concrete 3D printing systems for controlled factory manufacturing and direct on-site construction.
PRACTICAL ORIGIN
The engineering experience behind CRAFTRUDER began with practical concrete 3D printing in Dnipro in 2018. Working with real products, mixes and production constraints shaped a system that considers the printer together with material preparation, curing, handling and installation.
Equipment decisions are evaluated through repeatability, daily workflow, output and the work required from an operating team.
Interchangeable print-head modules and two delivery scenarios support factory-made components and direct on-site printing.
Mix design, training and the production process are adapted to available local materials and the customer's target products.
CRAFTRUDER combines equipment development with product engineering: the question is not only how to print, but what should be manufactured and how it will become part of a complete building system.
PURPOSE
The following English text is translated from the official CRAFTRUDER Vision, Mission and Values document dated 5 March 2026.
VISION
CRAFTRUDER aims to become an international technology leader in industrial concrete 3D printers and construction automation solutions. We are moving construction away from labour-intensive wet processes on site and into controlled manufacturing: key elements are produced in factory conditions, while site work focuses mainly on mechanised installation and a minimum number of operations. Our long-term goal is full digital automation of manufacturing and assembly, delivering predictable quality, speed and economic efficiency.
MISSION
We develop, manufacture and implement universal concrete 3D printing systems that enable customers to produce building elements - including blocks and panels - in series under factory conditions and install them quickly and mechanically on site. Printing creates a decorative finished surface, reducing plastering, painting and manual labour. We address not only how to manufacture, but what to manufacture by designing structures, connections and adapted building projects optimised for our technology.
VALUES
Engineering decisions are guided by measurable performance, practical implementation and continuous improvement.
Solutions are based on engineering calculations, testing and measurable metrics.
Stable product parameters, controlled processes and a predictable result.
A modular platform for different applications of construction 3D printing.
A finished printed surface and the transfer of operations into a production environment.
Efficient material use, less waste and synergy with low-impact insulation systems to reduce CO2 impact.
Implementation, training, service and practical support for the customer.
Equipment, materials and processes evolve through feedback and production data.

FACTORY2SITE
The factory scenario supports serial production of prefabricated elements under controlled conditions. The on-site scenario combines the gantry with batching and pumping equipment to print walls directly over a prepared foundation.
