MATERIAL DELIVERY

Conveyor feeding without disposable hoses

In a fixed factory setup, the prepared mix is transferred by conveyor to the printer. Smooth-belt construction and cleaning brushes support continuous delivery, while the 200-litre extruder receives material above the print area.

Designed for repeatable, year-round production

A factory separates the printing process from changing weather and supports a consistent cycle for materials, printing and curing.

Consistent materials

Mix design can be adapted to locally sourced sand, cement and 2–5 mm aggregate, then prepared under controlled production conditions.

Print quality control

Stable material supply, a prepared print bed and programmed paths make it easier to repeat the same component geometry.

Controlled curing

Industrial underfloor heating, steam generation and a retractable chamber are available for planned curing cycles.
